The newer set (345 × 30 mm, 48 mm height) fits the XC40 T4 AWD (2018–), XC90 II (2015–2022) B5, T5, T6 and T8, XC60 II T8 (2022–), S60 B3–B5 / T3 (2021–) and C40. The earlier set (336 × 30 mm, 51.3 mm height) fits the XC90 I (275, 2002–2014) and S60 I (384, 2003–2010). Both are matched to Volvo OEM numbers and manufactured in Taiwan with an FC250 cast-iron rotor face and NASHIN's ventilated design with a patented internal transverse structure.

Which NASHIN rotor fits my Volvo XC90?

The second-generation XC90 II (256, 2015–2022) uses the 345 × 30 mm set with a 48 mm height. The first-generation XC90 I (275, 2002–2014) uses the 336 × 30 mm set with a 51.3 mm height. The two are not interchangeable.

Does the newer set fit the XC40 and XC60?

Yes. The 345 mm set lists the XC40 (536) T4 AWD (2018–), XC60 II T8 Plug-in Hybrid AWD (2022–), S60 B3/B4/B5 and T3 (2021–) and C40. Confirm with the Volvo part number on your current disc.

Are NASHIN rotors suitable for Volvo plug-in hybrids?

Yes. On T8 and recharge models, regenerative braking reduces friction brake use, which can allow corrosion on the rotor face. Periodic firm stops in a safe place help keep the surface clean.

When should I replace my Volvo rotors?

Replace them at or before the minimum thickness (MIN THK) stamped on the hub edge, or sooner if there are cracks, deep grooves or vibration under braking.
